Customer Service Officer

SUN Pharma is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer for our office in Milan. As a Customer Service Officer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless delivery of our pharmaceutical products to our valued customers in Italy. As a key liaison you will be responsible for managing and supporting customers to the highest standards. Your passion, attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be instrumental in handling queries, addressing concerns and fostering strong relationships with hospitals, wholesalers and distributors.
Major tasks & responsibilities
Guarantee that all customers are managed and supported to a high standard.
Deal with all queries from the Sales Team, Finance, QA and customers under tight deadlines in a constant changing and evolving market.
Ensure all orders are processed timely and accurately to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Act as the point of contact to our third party logistics partner and investigate all stock discrepancies and damaged stock.
Ensure that delivery schedules are adhered to, and arrange collection requests providing PODs where necessary.
Monitor and raise credit and debit notes for customers when required including pricing errors and damaged stock.
Communicate closely with customers on deliveries and ensure high level of service.
Provide all required SAP reports to Sales and update on stock levels.
Liaise with the Key Account Manager/s on order related aspects.
Manage all stock related aspects and ensure close communication with the commercial team.
Act as the first point of contact for new customers, arrange the setup of accounts and provide required information
Manage customer master files, collect valid licenses where required to guarantee compliancy.
Work in close collaboration with the sales team to create a joint approach to effectively manage our core customer base.
Requirements
Good level of English
Prior pharmaceutical experience
SAP competence
