DescrizioneOn behalf of an international management consulting firm, specialized in leadership advisory and executive search, Manpower Professional - Milan is looking for a Project Coordinator who will collaborate and give effective support on assignments which includes extensive project management, client and candidate relationship management, creation of high-quality documentation and diary management.Main tasks: Acting as administrative and project coordinator for the Partner and his team, being accountable for assignments and managing key clients relationship at all times Project manage the assessment process and understand the specific requirements of each client.Project follow up: ensuring the outcome of the process respecting deadlines and compliance requirementsComplex diary management and control the logistics of the assessment process: liaising with clients/candidates for interviews, meetings and travel arrangements. Extensive document production and formatting: editing and proofreading on Word, creation of Power Point decks, presentations, clients’ pitches, wide usage of Outlook.

Working extensively on software and IT systems, such as internal database for updating client/candidate information, recording notes from meetings/calls and generating reports.Exceptional attention to detail required to ensure all documentation and communication is correct.Submit Expense Reports on a timely basis and in compliance with Firm’s policy; Manage Client billing tasks General support to the team, in organizational and administrative activities Requirements:Solid previous experience as PA or EA, supporting 2 or more peopleExperience in managing ProjectsCapacity to operate in international consulting environment, dealing with C-suite, high level stakeholders Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritizeFluent knowledge of English language, both written and oralAccountability and ability to work independentlyCommitment to high-quality standards, respecting deadlines and highly confidential information/detailsMS Office and various databases expertiseWhat’s on offer: Permanent Contract CCNL Commercio, Salary up to 55.000 per year + Ticket and Benefits Smart Working AziendaInternational Consulting FirmRequisitiSolid previous experience as PA or EA, project management skillsCodice annuncio: 570958Data di pubblicazione: 05 aprile 2023Tipologia di assunzione: Assunzione DirettaIndustria: consulenza e serviziValidità annuncio fino a : 31 agosto 2023Posizioni ricercate: 1Da Remoto: NoFull-time/Part-time: Full time
