Descrizione Ruolo:

la risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del team di ESG & Sustainability con il ruolo di supporto a tutte le attività di business da un punto di vista di project management, back office operativo ed amministrativo.

Nello specifico il candidato si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

Agenda e Priorità

Coordinamento dell’agenda del Dept. Head , dei follow-up di consegne e di reminders di scadenze

Coordinamento di agenda collettiva per intero Dipartimento e della logistica per eventi e trasferte

Supporto nella gestione di emails e in comunicazioni di follow up con clienti

Data Management

Gestione dei Contatti e di rapporti spese per trasferte

Inserimento e aggiornamento dei dati all’interno dei principali gestionali

Supporto nelle Analisi e presentazioni adelle attività di pitch

Interfaccia con l’amministrazione e dipartimento di Finance per verifica dati ed emissione di fatturazione

Interfaccia con gli altri dipartimenti di business e con l’amministrazione (HR, Legal, Finance)

Gestione del processo di raccolta firme (AD, antiriciclaggio clienti, approvazione legal ecc)

Specifiche/requisiti richiesti:

Esperienza pregressa in contesti dinamici e strutturati

Capacità di lavorare con informazioni confidenziali

Ottima conoscenza lingua italiana ed inglese, sia scritte che parlate

Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e PPT) e del sistema di posta Outlook

Capacità di lavorare sotto scadenza e di gestire progetti in parallelo, multi-tasker

Capacità di operare in autonomia e organizzare priorità

Spirito di Iniziativa e capacità di proporre soluzioni

Mindset orientato all’efficienza
