Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers Conduct incisive and insightfulmarket research and competitor analysis Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities Develop and implement sales and business development strategy Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis Implement sales prospecting and deals closing Represent the company at international events, trade shows, demonstrations Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in business management or a relevant field Italian speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Experience with sales prospecting and deals closing Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills You’re able to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously You’re able to thrive in an ambitious, fast-paced and flexible environment Nice to have
Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation Experience with CRM software (odoo) Experience in the Drone industry Additional Languages such as German, French or Spanish are an asset Marketing Skills Aerospace and Regulatory knowledge
Objectives of this Role
Manage both our existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships Identify trends and customer needs, building short/medium/long-term sales pipeline by targets Develop and pitch ideas for potential investors/clients Open new markets within the European Union Increase sales performance through strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
