RINA Services S.p.A. is looking for a HSSE Specialist. The role is focused on supporting MCHSE Team in planning, establishing and monitoring the Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies, guidelines, procedures and protocols for the organization to guarantee the HSE Legal Compliance.

#LI-MB4 Main Tasks

The HSSE Specialist will take care of supporting Head of Marine & Certification OU in: • Developing, maintaining, reviewing and continuously updating and improving the HSE management system of Marine, Certification and T&I Business and improve its effectiveness (with particular reference to RSSE Branch Offices and Subsidiary Companies in the world). • Applying Corporate and Company policies, developing and implementing security policies, guidelines, procedures and protocols, for the security of Company assets, projects and business travels. • Maintaining contacts with the bodies that certify HSE management system for the planning, execution and management of external audits (with particular reference to RSSE Branch Offices and Subsidiary Companies in the world). • Supporting the business in the timely execution of HSE corrective and preventive actions coming from internal and external audits (with particular reference to RSSE Branch Offices and Subsidiary Companies in the world). • Ensuring compliance with the applicable HSE legislation, including health surveillance audits (with particular reference to RSSE Branch Offices and Subsidiary Companies in the world). • Preparing reports on Health, Safety, Security and Environmental performance (with particular reference to RSSE Branch Offices and Subsidiary Companies in the world). Requirements

• A proven experience in as HSSE specialist or similar position will be considered as a strong plus • Knowledge of the international standards related to Management Systems (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc ) • Fluent in English and Italian • Solid understanding of statistical data analysis • Working knowledge of MS Office • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Optional: Education
