Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry. Overview Campari Group is currently looking for a Commercial FP&A Manager. The purpose of this role is to partner Off Trade Sales team to provide insights through holistic financial analysis (Sell In / Sell Out) to feed short and long term decision taking with the aim to generate profitable growth, while improving its relationship with strategic customers. This role will embrace a new measurement culture designed to support decisions and to help monitoring Customer and promotional investments, highlighting risks and opportunities for the business. The candidate should have experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within the Finance & Controlling departments of multinational FMCG companies, as well as being familiar with external (IRI/Nielsen) and shopper data (consumer panel data). Commercial FP&A Manager manages one direct report (Off Trade Commercial FP&A Specialist). Key Responsibilities and Activities Commercial Finance Support the Commercial teams in developing the financial elements of their plans & decisions, including ROI calculation, forecasting product/customer profitability and new product analyses, in collaboration with P&RG Sr Specialist, as well as implementing Off Trade revenue growth management initiatives Partner with KAM, NAM, Area Managers and Sales Director to optimize customer and channel profitability Provide pricing guidance in line with Company strategy to ensure trade spend accuracy and effectiveness Support in annual negotiations, being accountable for timely and accurate customer business reviews Lead, prepare & submit Budget and forecast processes for Off Trade by partnering with Finance Team, Sales and Demand teams Prepare & Analyze exhibits for business reviews with FD Manage the sales incentive process in partnership with Sales, CCM and HR Manage off invoice trade spending accruals, in coordination with an external center of excellence Key Relationships Internal:

Customers, Consultants Experience & Education Degree in Finance, preferably MBA or Economics 7+ years of Commercial/Customer Finance experience, preferably with a FMCG company Revenue Growth management experience is a plus Sales or Trade marketing experience is a plus Previous pricing experience is a plus Fluency in Italian and English is a must, fluency in other languages is a plus Required Skills & Traits Strong business acumen & ability to drive commercial insights through analytics; Strong communicator and influencer, assertive but smooth when needed to challenge status quo; Proven ability to work across functions, carry out data analysis, identify trends, and develop commercial options to address commercial issues. Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity & Team player; Advanced skills to present business results and financial analysis to Senior management and broader audience; Results oriented and able to meet tight deadlines; International mindset and cross-cultural working attitude; Knowledge of Advance/predictive analytics tools and ability to leverage on them Potential to work internationally.
