Alti Profili, divisione del gruppo Umana specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione di personale di middle e top management nel mercato italiano e internazionale, seleziona per importante azienda di servizi e consulenza in ambito sanitario un/unaIT Support Specialist - strutture sanitarieLa risorsa sarà responsabile di assicurare il corretto funzionamento dei sistemi IT, fornendo supporto tecnico a medici, personale amministrativo e specialisti. In particolare si occuperà di:Gestione di piccole reti informatiche, inclusi server, switch, access point e altri dispositivi di rete;Fornitura di supporto tecnico a utenti interni (medici, specialisti e personale amministrativo) per risoluzione di problemi hardware e software;Amministrazione e manutenzione di server fisici e macchine virtuali (Hyper-V), reti fisiche e VPN;Configurazione e gestione di software medicali per poliambulatori (gestione cartelle cliniche elettroniche, sistemi di prenotazione, ecc.);Manutenzione hardware e software, incluse stampanti, server e sistemi di storage;Gestione e manutenzione di sistemi di telecomunicazione (VoIP, centralini telefonici, videoconferenze);Applicazione di procedure di sicurezza informatica per la protezione dei dati sensibili (es. cartelle cliniche elettroniche);Monitoraggio dei backup, verifica e ripristino dei dati;Supporto nella gestione dell’infrastruttura elettrica (es. gruppi di continuità).RequisitiDiploma o laurea in discipline tecniche (preferibilmente STEM). Certificazioni IT sono considerate un plus;Esperienza di almeno 1-2 anni nella gestione di reti e supporto IT, preferibilmente in contesti sanitari o strutture complesse;Conoscenza base di amministrazione server (Windows Server, Hyper-V) e reti (LAN, VPN);Capacità di troubleshooting e risoluzione di problemi hardware e software;Competenze nella gestione di sistemi di sicurezza informatica;Conoscenze base di elettricità e gestione di UPS e sistemi di alimentazione;Disponibilità a presenziare i poliambulatori presenti nell'area geografica di Roma e Colleferro.Soft Skills:Ottime capacità di comunicazione e attitudine a spiegare concetti tecnici a utenti non tecnici;Problem solving rapido ed efficace in situazioni di emergenza;Capacità di lavorare in team e di interfacciarsi con figure professionali diverse;Buone doti organizzative e gestione del tempo; Altro: Patente B.L’azienda offre un percorso di crescita professionale su nuove tecnologie e strumenti specifici per il settore medico.
