Job Description Responsabilità principali del Sales Director (m/f): Sviluppo della Rete Distributiva: Costruire e gestire una solida rete di distributori nazionali ed internazionali per il prodotto/servizio aziendale. Analisi di Mercato: Condurre ricerche di mercato approfondite per identificare opportunità di distribuzione e competitor. Utilizzare i dati raccolti per formulare strategie di penetrazione di mercato efficaci. Pianificazione Strategica: Sviluppare piani strategici per l'espansione della rete distributiva, stabilendo obiettivi di vendita e linee guida per l'acquisizione e la gestione dei distributori. Selezione e Formazione: Identificare e selezionare distributori qualificati, negoziare contratti e fornire loro la formazione e il supporto necessari per promuovere e vendere i prodotti/servizi aziendali. Gestione delle Relazioni: Costruire relazioni solide con i distributori, fornendo un supporto costante e collaborando con loro per risolvere eventuali problemi o sfide. Monitoraggio delle Prestazioni: Monitorare le prestazioni dei distributori e delle aree di vendita, analizzando i dati delle vendite e identificando le aree di miglioramento. Gestione del Budget: Gestire il budget assegnato per le attività di distribuzione, assicurando un utilizzo efficiente delle risorse finanziarie. Rapporti Interni: Collaborare con altri dipartimenti, come marketing, produzione e finanza, per garantire un allineamento strategico e un supporto efficace alle attività di distribuzione. Compliance: Assicurarsi che tutte le attività di distribuzione siano conformi alle normative locali e internazionali, nonché alle politiche aziendali. Reporting: Preparare rapporti periodici sull'andamento delle vendite e delle attività di distribuzione, fornendo analisi approfondite e raccomandazioni per migliorare le prestazioni. Competenze ed esperienza Competenze Richieste al Sales Director (m/f): Esperienza comprovata nella gestione delle vendite e nello sviluppo di reti distributive nazionali ed internazionali. Eccellenti capacità di leadership e gestione del team. Forti competenze di negoziazione e comunicazione. Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di raggiungere obiettivi di vendita ambiziosi. Capacità analitiche e capacità di utilizzare i dati per guidare le decisioni strategiche. Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte a livello Worldwide Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.
