Buona conoscenza dei processi IT Esperienza in analisi funzionali Esperienza in raccolta dei requisiti Ottima conoscenza Pacchetto Microsoft Office Determinazione propensione al lavoro in team Laurea triennale in materie tecnico scientifiche o economiche Attività: Identificare e comprendere i bisogni delle diverse Line of Business, per contribuire alla loro soddisfazione Presidiare i processi dell’area di riferimento e proporre azioni migliorative per gli stessi Presidiare l’erogazione dei servizi applicativi/informativi svolgendo un ruolo di interfaccia verso il Cliente interno Supporto alla pianificazione degli interventi di manutenzione correttiva ed evolutiva Raccogliere i requisiti di alto livello interfacciandosi con i vari stakeholders Redigere verbali nelle riunioni Interfacciarsi con i gruppi tecnici al fine di prioritizzare le attività in funzione delle esigenze del cliente Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle attività e predisporre il riepilogo mensile da inviare al cliente Sede di lavoro: Milano (Smart working parziale: presenza in sede 1 gg a settimana) Si offre: Contratto a tempo Indeterminato e retribuzione commisurata alla reale esperienza del candidato.
