to join and lead the

Data

team: this position is an o pportunity to shape innovation in the mental health industry , leading our solutions to

make a global impact . We seek someone hungry to

break barriers, fuel our global expansion, and transform the way we address mental health challenges in the work environment .

This is also an occasion for shaping the future of analytics at Unobravo by designing and scaling all aspects of the department from people and technology to methodologies and data products. The successful candidate will drive their team to turn data into insights and models that drive meaningful business impact and accelerate growth for Unobravo. They will democratize data access and evangelize its usage, enabling the whole organization to take high-quality, data driven / informed decisions.

AS A HEAD OF INSIGHTS YOU WILL:

1.

Build and lead a high-performing data team: You will be responsible for assembling and managing a team of exceptional data professionals. Your expertise in hiring, mentoring, and developing talent will be crucial in establishing a cohesive and productive team. The team’s goal is to become a center of knowledge as well as a strategic partner that helps the business to qualify trends and behaviors quickly, providing valuable insights to relevant departments for overall business performance improvement. Building and deploying models as required

Design and implement data strategies: You will be tasked with creating a comprehensive data strategy (data analytics, data science) that aligns with our company's goals and objectives. Effectively measuring the impact of initiatives and allowing for their prioritization across the entire funnel (acquisition, activation, retention) across Product, Marketing, and Operations.

Establish a data-driven mindset and decision making process:

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will promote the use of data to drive insights, actions and inform strategic decision-making. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations will be critical in enabling our company to make informed, data-driven choices. You will also inspire and support teams to develop data models and prediction systems that can generate tangible business impact. You will also ensure we have a rigorous experimentation framework (experiment design, analysis and technology) adopted across the business.

Business/Product Analytics and Operational Efficiency:

Provide in-depth data analysis to support business decisions, monitor performance and explain unexpected trends. Enable the effective prioritization of product initiatives by enabling experimentation at scale, studying user behavior across the customer journey, performing quantitative analysis and qualitative research. Collaborate with other departments to identify data utilization opportunities for process improvement.

️ TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION YOU SHOULD HAVE: Deep expertise across data analytics and data science Proven experience in building and leading high-performing data teams Proficiency in data analysis frameworks and programming languages (SQL, Python, R, etc.) Expertise in predictive modeling (E.G. LTV, Churn, Forecasting, Fraud) and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.) Domain knowledge in Marketing (attribution, measurement) and Product (experimentation) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Curiosity towards the evolutions in the Data field, resourcefulness ️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE: Knowledge of advanced measurement techniques (causal inference, Geo testing, predictive analytics) Experience with attribution modeling Experience designing and deploying experimentation frameworks Domain knowledge in Product (experimentation) and customer research Degree in Mathematics, Physics or other quantitative fields.
