Obiettivi che raggiungeremo insieme e chi sei tu: Supporterai il General Manager di Groupe SEB Italia nelle attività organizzative, amministrative e di coordinamento, con l’obiettivo di garantire l’efficienza operativa, un corretto flusso informativo e il presidio delle attività di back office a supporto della Direzione Generale. Possiedi elevate capacità organizzative, precisione, riservatezza e la capacità di gestire più attività in parallelo, agendo come punto di riferimento trasversale tra la Direzione, i team interni e gli stakeholder esterni. Responsabilità: Gestione e aggiornamento dell’agenda del General Manager, per assicurarsi lo svolgimento corretto delle riunioni interne, appuntamenti locali e incontri con referenti internazionali del Gruppo; Coordinamento dei meeting del Comitato di Direzione: definizione agenda, prenotazione sale, gestione catering; Organizzazione viaggi e trasferte per il General Manager e dipendenti, comprendente voli, treni, hotel e ristoranti, in linea con le procedure aziendali; Controllo e registrazione delle fatture in sistema Esker per categorie quali: ristorazione, catering, eventi aziendali, viaggi, auto aziendali, Telepass e carte carburante; Coordinamento con Facility Management per la gestione delle auto aziendali, Telepass e carte carburante; Collaborazione con l’HR per la pianificazione e gestione di eventi aziendali e iniziative di charity; Gestione dei rapporti con referenti internazionali del Gruppo, organizzazione viaggi, meeting e conference call; Coordinamento di meeting di marketing per i lanci di prodotto, con cadenza semestrale, assicurando il supporto operativo, logistico e la preparazione dei materiali; Supporto nelle attività di smaltimento prodotti in collaborazione con il team Consumer Care. Gestione delle informazioni riservate in linea con i principi di confidenzialità aziendale; Rappresentanza e facilitazione dei processi tra Direzione Generale, dipendenti e stakeholder esterni. Requisiti: Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli di Assistente alla Direzione Generale, preferibilmente in aziende multinazionali; Spiccate capacità organizzative, di pianificazione e gestione delle priorità; Elevata attenzione al dettaglio e forte orientamento alla riservatezza; Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Ottima padronanza degli strumenti Office. Offerta: Tempo indeterminato, inquadramento CCNL Commercio; Retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza maturata; Premio Aziendale; Ticket buoni pasto; 2 giorni di smart-working alla settimana e flessibilità oraria con il venerdì pomeriggio libero.
