Skillvue is a Skill AI Assessment platform (SaaS) to hire top-skilled candidates and measure employee skill, culture, and leadership at scale to upskill and grow the workforce by leveraging AI. In today's evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments and their importance will only continue to grow. Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce. Role overview As an Account Executive, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure. You will manage long, complex sales processes involving multiple layers of stakeholders, from highly operational roles to senior decision-makers. This is a non-transactional role, requiring strategic thinking, resilience, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations. Target Customers Your target customers are enterprise companies with more than 1,000 employees, characterized by complex structures and long decision-making processes.
