Senior Full-Stack Engineer (SvelteKit) - Tech Lead (Remote)

We’re supporting one of the top Italian HR Tech start-ups that created one of the most advanced scalable platform in the sector. They enable workflows automation to make better decisions using data and AI. They are now looking to hire a Lead Full stack Engineer combining technical leadership with active full-stack development.
The person must be already based in Italy with the possibility to work fully remotely from the country.

Build end-to-end features using SvelteKit, TypeScript, and Node.js .
Optimize performance, databases, and cloud costs.
Own AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
~ Experience in a senior or technical leadership role is mandatory
~ Fluency in English written and oral is mandatory
~ Strong software engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking.
~ Comfortable owning features end to end, from frontend to infrastructure.

Frontend: SvelteKit, TypeScript, TailwindCSS
Backend: Node.js, PostgreSQL, REST APIs
Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, CI/CD
Testing & Security: Modern testing frameworks, secure-by-default practices
