Mission del ruolo: ICCA srl è alla ricerca di un Sales manager affermato che si occupi di definire, guidare e implementare la strategia commerciale dell’azienda nel settore caseario dei freschi e freschissimi, assicurando lo sviluppo del fatturato e della distribuzione sul territorio campano, il coordinamento efficace della rete agenti e il presidio dei principali canali di vendita (GDO, Ho.Re.Ca., dettaglio tradizionale). Responsabilità Principali: · Definizione e implementazione della strategia commerciale territoriale; · Coordinamento, motivazione e supporto degli agenti di commercio; · Gestione diretta dei clienti chiave e supporto nelle trattative strategiche; · Definizione di listini, politiche di prezzo e condizioni commerciali; · Collaborazione con Marketing, Produzione e Logistica; · Monitoraggio KPI, reporting e pianificazione commerciale. Requisiti del Profilo: · Esperienza di almeno 10 anni nel ruolo commerciale nel settore food / caseario; · Esperienza nella gestione di una rete di agenti; · Conoscenza approfondita del mercato Campano; · Conoscenza dei canali GDO e Ho.Re.Ca.; · Leadership, capacità di negoziazione e orientamento ai risultati. Indicatori di Performance (KPI): · Crescita del fatturato e dei volumi; · Performance della rete agenti; · Copertura territoriale e numero clienti attivi; · Marginalità per canale; · Fidelizzazione dei clienti chiave. Inquadramento: · Contratto e retribuzione da definire in funzione dell’esperienza; · Prevista componente variabile legata al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
