You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, strategic partnerships, and market growth within the EV charging industry.
Tenders' bid preparation, management and submission for DC and AC chargersEnsuring compliance with existing or upcoming norms and regulations concerning the core business in the regionLeads' generation and multi-channel business development Advising SUNGROW customers in their e-mobility journey from A to Z, including on-site visits, technical trainings and remote supportEstablishing and maintaining strong relations with customers, industry peers and suppliersGeneration and nurturing of a strategic account pipeline.Close collaboration with co-workers, including product managers, operations, service and marketing Monitoring of developments in the regional EV charging market, providing recommendations and strategies to meet customer needs.Regular updates on local market trends, insights, reports, and forecasts to management.Participation in exhibitions and seminars aimed at building the brand name and wider outreach Your profileDo you have the legal right to work in Italy?

What will you need to be successful?
Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or similar engineering degree with a focus on energy or business/marketing degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and account management in the e-mobility industry.
Technical knowledge in E-Mobility.
Fluency in Italian and English, Mandarin Chinese is a plus, but not a must
Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer visits, fairs, and events.
Desired skills:
Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of electrical systems and first-hand experiences with LV installations
Analytical thinking with a strategic approach to business planning.
Team-player mindset.
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Nice-to-have:
Knowledge of the solar energy and energy storage markets in Europe
