· Sarai Responsabile in quanto Guest Relation Manager della preparazione del soggiorno e dell'accoglienza di specifici ospiti del nostro Hotel e ti assicurerai che questi ultimi ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria .
· Ti occuperai di organizzare il pre-arrival nei minimi dettagli e dell'accoglienza degli ospiti. Verificherai che all'arrivo dell'ospite e durante la sua permanenza, tutto sia in linea con quanto previsto e concordato. Gestirai i processi del back office in termini di corrispondenza email nonché del coordinamento della comunicazione con tutti i reparti coinvolti per far sì che l'ospite possa vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile, e il contatto con loro in prima persona.
· Avrai un continuo confronto con tutti oi reparti operativi coinvolti nell'intero soggiorno dell'ospite dalla prenotazione fino al post partenze.
