Tra le altre cose, la bellezza dei pittoreschi villaggi del Chianti, a soli pochi chilometri, vi legheranno per sempre a questa regione italiana piena di luce e magia.Descrizione del lavoroRiporto diretto del General Manager, la risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione e dell'ottimizzazione delle entrate dell'hotel, al fine di massimizzare i profitti; nello specifico si occuperà di:Monitorare le tendenze del mercato, la concorrenza e i dati di occupazione per ottimizzare le tariffeAnalizzare costantemente i dati relativi alle prenotazioni, alle tariffe e alla disponibilità delle camereElaborare strategie e pricing e di gestione delle tariffe al fine di massimizzare l'occupazione e il ricavo per camera in fase di budget e programmazione annualeAnalizzare e adeguare le strategie e pricing quotidianamente sulla base degli andamenti sistemi e del mercatoPrevedere l'occupazione futura e i ricavi utilizzando modelli statisticiGestire canali di distribuzione online e offline, ottimizzando la visibilità dell'hotelCollaborare con il reparto marketing per sviluppare strategie di vendita e promozione al fine di incrementare le prenotazioniFornire report periodici sui risultati di vendita e sulle performance finanziarieFormare i collaboratori dell'ufficio prenotazioni sulle attività di revenue manager e sulla gestione delle prenotazioniRequisiti- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Revenue Manager in ambito alberghiero in strutture di alto livello- Conoscenza approfondita del settore alberghiero e delle dinamiche di revenue management- Capacità analitiche e di problem solving- Ottima conoscenza di strumenti e software di revenue management- Capacità di lavorare in team e di collaborare con diverse figure professionali- Ottime competenze comunicative e relazionali- Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana e ingleseUlteriori informazioni• Contratto a tempo determinato di un anno con possibilità di trasformazione a tempo indeterminato• CCNL Turismo forfettizzato e premio produzione annuale• Disponibilità full time da lunedì a domenica con un giorno di riposo nel corso della stagione e due fuori stagione• Vitto e alloggio in appartamento condiviso con altro capo servizio (camera singola)• Utenze a carico aziendale con massimale• Formazione interna sia a livello gestionale che di procedure• Formazione su mondo Relais Chateaux e quality assessment, principali normative vigenti• Piano inserimento circuito HR Relais Chateaux• Assistenza e supporto sanitario con Medico Aziendale• Programma Total Quality aziendale• Possibilità di trasferte per formazione specifica• Programma Relais Team di Relais Chateaux• Accesso servizi Hotel nel rispetto della policy aziendale con agevolazioni esclusive #J-18808-Ljbffr
