Per azienda multinazionale settore aerospaziale, Manpower ricerca un/a Programs - Sales Engineer La risorsa sar inserita nel Program Management Office (PMO), gestir e controller il programma e le attivit di vendita all'interno dell'organizzazione PMO, garantendo prestazioni e progressi, condurr tutte le attivit di vendita dalla richiesta di preventivo alla finalizzazione del contratto. . Attivit • Interfaccia con il Cliente • Preparazione di report settimanali: visibilit KPI • Chiamata del programma settimanale e preparazione dello stato • Revisione mensile del programma • Monitoraggio quotidiano delle azioni aperte e delle principali problematiche/rischi • Follow-up e monitoraggio delle azioni di miglioramento identificate • Preparazione dello stato del programma per l'alta dirigenza Requisiti • laurea in Ingegneria, aeronautica, meccanica. • Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di progetti/programmi (PBS, OBS, CBS, WBS, ecc.) e di tecniche e metodi di gestione del rischio • Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza del settore economico (MdC, EBITDA, EBIT ecc.). • Conoscenza e utilizzo del software MS-Office (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, ecc.) • Leadership e capacit organizzative • Abilit comunicative • Buon inglese parlato e scritto • Disponibile a trasferte Italia/estero Luogo di lavoro: Napoli Orario: Full Time Inserimento diretto in azienda vetrinabakeca
