ResponsibilitiesAt Societe Generale, the VIE will join the sales team which covers Italian financial institutions for rates products such as government bonds, interest rates derivatives and repo financing.During your VIE, your main missions will be:Support sales on the daily commercial activities with customersHelp in product pricing, trades booking and confirmationsSolve client issues with other SG support functionsCollect data and elaborate reports on desk activityWhat aspects of this job will be particularly rewarding?Participate to the market activity with clientsDevelop deep knowledge of interest rates product and marketsDaily interactions with clients, team mates and internal support functionsProfile requiredPLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.To facilitate the examination of your application by our English-speaking managers, we thank you for applying in English.Studies & experience:Graduate with a Master's degree from an Engineering School or University with a specialization in Business, Finance or EconomicsA previous experience (e.g.
as trainee) in banking or finance would be appreciatedLanguage skills:Fluent in EnglishTechnical, operational & soft skills:Proficient command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)The VIE assignment in a nutshellThis VIE in Milan is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment.
It will last 12 months.In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.
