YOU WILL VIBE WITH US All'interno della Direzione Partnership, che si occupa di presidiare e ampliare il network di spendibilità delle nostre soluzioni, la figura ricercata è un* Sales Support and Tender Specialist, con l'obiettivo di supportare le figure Sales in attività propedeutiche alla gestione delle gare d'appalto, alla vendita dei nostri servizi e di back-office commerciale.
La risorsa sarà attivamente impegnata nello svolgimento delle seguenti attività:
Processo end-to-end di onboarding dei partner acquisiti, in sinergia con le varie funzioni aziendali quali Marketing, IT, Operations. Gestione di tutte le attività legate alle gare d'appalto (focus CONSIP 10). Analisi della rete, identificazione del go-to-market e della strategia in sinergia con tutte le BU coinvolte. Condivisione delle attività e training alla forza vendita, preparazione dei materiali a supporto di tali attività. Reporting e monitoraggio dei risultati nel rispetto della deadline e obiettivi condivisi. Elaborazione report finalizzati ad attività di geolocalizzazione della rete. Gestione e presidio delle relazioni con tutti i partner strategici. Interfaccia costante con le figure Sales e tutte le funzioni interaziendali. Partecipazione ai progetti di automazione delle gare d'appalto funzionali al creare efficientamento dei processi di gestione delle gare. Elaborazione di presentazioni PowerPoint per tutte le attività del team. 1 anno di esperienza in ruoli analoghi o di back-office commerciale. Titolo di laurea triennale/magistrale. Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Nice to have: utilizzo di Salesforce in pregresse esperienze.
