Job DescriptionIl/La Customer Campaign Expert è inserito/a come Customer Journey Expert nella Tribe Customer Interaction all'interno dell'organizzazione Agile di ING e collabora con altri esperti per raggiungere gli obiettivi della squad Customer Strategy.Focus principale del/della Customer Campaign Expert è di disegnare campagne commerciali di welcome, upselling/ crosseling e campagne di caring, nonché di analizzarne i risultati con l'obiettivo di ottimizzare le customer journey.Il/La customer campaign expert è responsabile della selezione del target, della scelta del canale e del disegno della strategia di comunicazione su tutti i canali: APP/Area WEB/DEM/Push Notification/SMSAffinché questo sia possibile, la chiave è una profonda conoscenza delle dinamiche delle campagne, delle analisi delle response e dei learning da trarre dalle precedenti azioni commerciali per applicarli a quelle future, accanto alla capacità di interfacciarsi con i differenti dipartimenti e ai vari livelli.Lui/lei deve avere una forte passione per gli analytics, attenzione al dettaglio e alla qualità riuscendo al tempo stesso a mantenere la visione di insieme, capacità di lavorare in team, avere una visione customer-centric con un forte commitment nel risolvere i problemi e guidare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business, interfacciandosi con le principali aree della banca.Key Responsibilities  Responsabilità e autonomia nel pensare a campagne ad hoc e gestire le richieste delle stesse dai differenti dipartimenti garantendo un elevato livello di qualità e fornendo concreti insights e raccomandazioni che guidino le proposte commerciali e di comunicazione.Responsabilità e autonomia nella costruzione sul tool di campaign delle varie campagne commerciali dalla selezione del target all'invio della comunicazione attraverso i vari touch point.Responsabilità e autonomia nel rilasciare, sviluppare e mantenere nei tempi concordati le analisi di response delle varie campagne commerciali, garantendone un elevato livello di qualità, e la confrontabilità tra campagne.Proattività ed autonomia nel fornire chiare e precise indicazioni relative ai dati sia a fronte di analisi/campagne sia a fronte di nuovi sviluppi di strutture finalizzate alle analisi.Educational QualificationsLaurea in Economia, Finanza, Statistica, Ingegneria, MatematicaForte background analiticoTechnical, Language and other specialized skills:Conoscenza di tool di Campaign ManagementConsolidata esperienza delle pratiche di CRM & Marketing Digital Campaign, in particolare nella gestione dei contenuti presenti nell'area riservata del cliente (APP & WEB)Conoscenza di SAS o altro linguaggio di programmazione SQL o di un linguaggio di programmazione orientato all'analisi dei datiOttima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (soprattutto Excel e PowerPoint)Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (sia in scrittura che in lettura che nel parlato)Gestione del lavoro in team: capacità di interfacciarsi con gli altri membri della squad per gestire e prioritizzare le varie attività Gestione degli interlocutori: capacità di interfacciarsi con le diverse aree della banca per la programmazione del piano campagne per i vari prodottiAccountability e proattività: si sente responsabile delle attività assegnate e del loro delivery nei tempi concordati con capacità di proporre anche approcci innovativi nelle analisi/attivitàPrecisione: scrupolosità nella gestione del dato avendo cura dei dettagliFlessibilità: capacità di riorganizzare il proprio lavoro alla luce di urgenze/cambi di pianificazione legati a esigenze della BancaWork Experience:Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in un ruolo similePreferita provenienza da Campaign Management team/CRM teamWorking Conditions: Tempo indeterminatoLocation: MilanoAbout INGING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
