Negli ultimi anni, ha ampliato il proprio business attraverso acquisizioni strategiche e una crescente integrazione verticale, che le consente di controllare l'intera catena del valore, dalla produzione alla distribuzione.Ricerca per la sede di Milano un/una Executive Assistant appartenente alle Categorie Protette ex. PosizioneIl / La risorsa dovrà svolgere le seguenti attività: Gestione delle agende AD e Direttori ;
Gestione e controllo ;
Controllo e supporto amministrativo ;
Supporto nell'organizzazione di trasferte ;
Smistamento richieste del building ;
Supporto nell'organizzazione di eventi aziendali .
RequisitiIl / La risorsa dovrà avere i seguenti requisiti: avere esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno due anni;
avere un' ottima padronanza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza di un'ulteriore lingua è considerata un nice to have;
aver avuto esperienza in ruoli analoghi quali: Receptionist, Office Support, Team Assistant, Front Office;
appartenere alle Categorie Protette ;
Altre informazioniSi offre un contratto a tempo determinato iniziale direttamente con l'azienda partner.
