RICERCA per azienda cliente leader nel Customer Management Outsourcing ADDETTO/A CUSTOMER SERVICE - assistenza clienti Il candidato, opportunamente formato su specifica commessa sarà dedicato ad attività relative all'assistenza clienti.
Nello specifico, si occuperà di: - Assistenza tecnica - Fornire informazioni relative al prodotto in base alle richieste del cliente - Gestione problematiche e risoluzione delle stesse - Gestione di ticket e chiusura degli stessi Previsto Corso Forma.Temp selettivo che si svolgerà in presenza a Sassari.
Per la frequenza al corso, è previsto un rimborso.
Il programma verterà sui seguenti temi: i gestionali utilizzati, le tecniche di gestione della clientela e la comunicazione.
Le skills richieste sono: ·      problem solving e team work    ·      abilità nell'utilizzo degli strumenti informatici ·      flessibilità sia in termini di orario, sia nell'approccio/svolgimento dell'attività lavorativa ·      propensione all'apprendimento e all'auto-aggiornamento ·      buone capacità relazionali e comunicative ·      buona capacità di gestione dello stress/tempo ·      forte orientamento al cliente   Cosa ti proponiamo: CCNL TELECOMUNICAZIONI (13 mensilità) livello II in somministrazione a tempo determinato di 3 mesi, con possibilità di proroga successiva, part-time 20 ore settimanali con possibilità di svolgere ore supplementari.
Turni diurni all'interno della fascia oraria 08-22 (che potrebbero cambiare in base alla calendarizzazione), dal lunedì alla domenica, festivi compresi.
