Notre client est une plateforme mondiale qui vise à simplifier tous les besoins d'achat et de vente liés aux voyages pour ses partenaires à travers le monde.
Aujourd'hui, la gamme de produits de notre client comprend des vols, hôtels, trains, forfaits vacances, locations de voitures, transferts, visites touristiques, croisières et fret.
Description du poste : Notre client est une plateforme mondiale qui vise à simplifier tous les besoins d'achat et de vente liés aux voyages pour ses partenaires à travers le monde.
Aujourd'hui, la gamme de produits de notre client comprend des vols, hôtels, trains, forfaits vacances, locations de voitures, transferts, visites touristiques, croisières et fret.
Vos missions Intégration et formation : Accueillir et former les nouveaux partenaires sur la plateforme B2B de notre client, tout en renforçant leur confiance dans l'utilisation de ses outils.
Développement et maintien des relations : Assurer le maintien des affaires existantes en développant des relations commerciales et personnelles solides avec les partenaires à tous les niveaux, tout en négociant les conditions commerciales et financières.
Acquisition de nouveaux clients : Identifier et exploiter de nouvelles opportunités pour atteindre les objectifs de vente de l'équipe.
Visites sur site et webinaires : Effectuer des visites sur site au moins 4 jours par semaine pour accompagner les agents, organiser des formations ou webinaires, et présenter de nouveaux produits afin d'augmenter les ventes.
Analyse des performances : Suivre les performances des clients et de l'équipe quotidiennement à l'aide d'outils BI pour obtenir de meilleurs résultats.
Coordination des problèmes : Collaborer avec le service support pour résoudre rapidement les problèmes rencontrés.
Rapports réguliers : Fournir des rapports réguliers au manager régional.
Profil recherché : Profil recherché Compétences indispensables : Expérience préalable dans l'industrie du voyage indispensable (minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire).
Un réseau solide avec des agents de voyages à Barcelone est essentiel.
Capacité à analyser des données et à utiliser des outils BI.
Esprit ambitieux, autonome et orienté résultats, avec d'excellentes compétences en communication commerciale.
Solide expérience en négociation B2B et en gestion des ventes.
Compétences avérées dans le développement des ventes locales, idéalement avec une plateforme de voyage en ligne, un Bedbank ou une entreprise de vente de solutions SaaS dans le secteur du voyage.
Aptitude avérée à vendre et historique de réussite dans l'industrie locale du voyage.
Capacité d'adaptation rapide aux nouvelles technologies, produits et procédures.
Disponibilité pour effectuer des déplacements réguliers dans le cadre de la mission.
Maîtrise complète de l'anglais et de la langue locale (italien).
