**CERCHIAMO SOMMELIER PER AUTENTICO WINE & RESTAURANT DI CANNE BIANCHE LIFESTYLE HOTEL**
Siamo alla ricerca di un **Sommelier**appassionato e competente da inserire nel nostro team presso Autentico Wine & Restaurant, il ristorante di **Canne Bianche Lifestyle Hotel**, struttura 5 stelle lusso situata sulla splendida costa di Torre Canne, Puglia.
**Responsabilità**:
- Creare esperienze uniche per i nostri ospiti, consigliando e abbinando vini pregiati ai piatti del nostro menù.
- Gestire la cantina e curare la selezione dei vini, con un focus sui vini locali, italiani e internazionali.
- Formare il personale di sala sulle proposte enologiche e trasmettere passione per il mondo del vino.
- Organizzare eventi tematici, degustazioni e momenti esclusivi dedicati all'enogastronomia.
**Requisiti richiesti**:
- Certificazione AIS, WSET o equivalente.
- Esperienza pregressa in contesti di alto livello, preferibilmente in ristoranti gourmet o hotel di lusso.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese (la conoscenza di una terza lingua sarà un plus).
- Ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali e organizzative
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team e orientamento al cliente
- Residenza nella zona di Fasano o zone limitrofe
