Descripción del cargo Account ExecutiveComo Account Executive, estarás a cargo de un proceso completo de ventas, desde la identificación de un prospecto hasta el cierre de nuevos clientes. Tendrás llamadas de descubrimiento para entender los retos de nuestros prospectos, realizarás demostraciones de Atom y venderás con éxito la propuesta de valor de la empresa. Este rol permite la opción de trabajar de forma remotaResponsabilidades del cargo - Construir relaciones con prospectos y partes interesadas internas para hacer crecer nuevos negocios.- Convertirse en un experto en identificar los retos a los que se enfrentan nuestros potenciales clientes, los cuales pueden ser resueltos con nuestra plataforma- Cerrar nuevos negocios consistentemente en o por encima del nivel de cuota.- Servir como un entusiasta de la marca para el conjunto de productos y soluciones de Atom- Seguimiento de oportunidades altamente calificadas en el territorio asignado- Trabajar en colaboración con los departamentos de marketing y tecnología para ejecutar la estrategia de ventas a medida que la empresa introduce mejoras a las soluciones existentes y/o lanza nuevos productos.- Aporta tus conocimientos, estrategias e ideas para promover los valores, la cultura única y la visión de nuestra empresa para el futuro.Habilidades * Mentalidad orientada a los resultados para cumplir con su cuota y seguir creciendo * Disposición para recibir retroalimentación * Adaptabilidad a los cambios constantes que se vive en el mundo de las startups * Gran capacidad de comunicación escrita y verbal * Autónomo para ejecutar sus tareas * Curiosidad y deseos de aprenderRequerimientos- Más de 2 años de experiencia en ventas, preferiblemente en tecnologías web o en un entorno innovador de productos.- Experiencia de ventas en entorno outbound - Manejo de CRM HubSpot- Experiencia haciendo llamadas de descubrimiento con clientes y capacidad para mostrar propuestas de valor.- Experiencia dentro de un equipo de ventas que produce y supera sus objetivos de manera consistente.- Un enfoque demostrado en sus objetivos- La capacidad de avanzar en la visión del departamento.- Inteligencia emocional- Una poderosa ética de trabajo- Toneladas de energía, pasión, humor, compasión y entusiasmo.- Habilidades de comunicación superiores- Habilidades de cierre excepcionales#J-18808-Ljbffr
