Account Manager AUSTRIA Über die Position Aufgrund unseres Wachstums und unserer Fokussierung auf die Expansion unseres Exportgeschäfts suchen wir zusätzliches Personal in verschiedenen Regionen.
Als Account Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für die Erweiterung der Kundenbasis von CLIENT in AUSTRIA ( 90% - ITALIEN 10% ) und die Verwaltung eines Portfolios bestehender B2B-Kunden.
Ihre Kunden sind Pergolahändler, Generalunternehmer, Architekten, Gärtner und Landschaftsgestalter, Schreiner und Monteure.
In dieser Position berichten Sie an den Export Sales Director.
Über die Rolle Ihre Aufgaben in dieser Rolle umfassen: • Nach einer intensiven Schulung lernen Sie das Unternehmen, seine Produkte und den Markt kennen.
• Sie verwalten ein umfangreiches Kundenportfolio, das Sie genau im Auge behalten.
• Sie erweitern das Kundenportfolio in Italien durch aktive Akquise.
• Sie verhandeln maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für Ihre Kunden in Absprache mit unseren technischen Experten und dem Backoffice.
• Sie verfolgen die Entwicklungen im Markt und halten Ihr Wissen auf dem neuesten Stand.
• Sie managen die Kundenerwartungen täglich und sorgen für eine gründliche Nachverfolgung.
• Sie berichten regelmäßig an die Geschäftsführung und andere Stakeholder der CLIENT Gruppe über den Fortschritt der Verkaufsinitiativen, erreichte Ziele, Herausforderungen, Marktinformationen (Preise, Produkte, Lieferpläne,…).
Über Sie Sie passen perfekt in diese Rolle, weil Sie: • Vorzugsweise über einen Bachelor-Abschluss in einem technischen Bereich oder eine gleichwertige Erfahrung verfügen.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb haben und sehr kundenorientiert sind.
• Mit Ihrem angeborenen Elan und Ihren Kommunikationsfähigkeiten große Freude daran haben, ein großes Netzwerk aufzubauen und zu entwickeln.
• Enthusiasmus und Überzeugungskraft Ihnen selbstverständlich sind.
• Von der Erreichung ehrgeiziger Ziele und dem Aufbau dauerhafter Beziehungen angetrieben werden.
• Organisiert sind, gut im Kunden-Follow-up und gerne eigenständig arbeiten.
Im Gegenzug schenken wir Ihnen großes Vertrauen.
• Vorzugsweise zentral wohnen, um Kunden in Ihrer Region leicht bedienen zu können.
• Bereit sind, regelmäßig zu Kunden und zur Zentrale (Belgien) zu reisen, um an Besprechungen teilzunehmen.
• Fließend Englisch und Deutsch sprechen.
