You will perform engineering support functions to provide the highest level of service and to contribute to improving our Demand Creation KPI results, maintain efficiency in operational processes and procedures, serve as a liaison between Arrow's internal resources (engineering, field sales, supplier marketing, purchasing, and other corporate departments).Data Processing: Enter and maintain Customer Project info and details into the Arrow ERP system working with engineering and sales teams to resolve any issues.Data scrubbing, update, and maintenanceData Analysis / AnalyticsPull reporting/generate new reports regularly and on a case-by-case basisLeads follow upSamples managementThe Operation Specialist recommends new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day activities and assists the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities.More about the positionEntry-level job with limited prior relevant training or work experienceAcquires basic skills to perform routine tasksWork is prescribed and completed with little autonomyHas limited discretion to vary from established proceduresWorks with either close supervision or under clearly defined proceduresWhat are we looking for?Fluent EnglishNative Italian levelProven organizational skills, including time managementBasic project management experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platformsFrench language is a nice to haveWhat is in it for you?Reliable trusting work environmentCooperative team with flat structures and communicationProfessional and personal developmentArrow is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse working environment by providing equal employment opportunity for all qualified persons.Do you see yourself as our future colleague?
