Immerse yourself in a journey that will take you to work in various countries and to be part of our extensive global family.Job Summary: The person will report to the hotel's FB Manager, and will be responsible for managing one of the hotel's restaurants.
The main objective of the hotel management is to select a person capable of proposing innovation both in the food and wine proposal and in the type of service offered to their guests.Your functions will be:Updating and training of its collaborators with a view to development and growth towards new trends in guest management;Monitoring and control of the local economic result;Maintain a constant and continuous connection with the other departments of the hotel to guarantee the excellence of the service;Comply with safe working practices, health and safety policy and ensure any issues are reported promptly;Minimum Requirements:Previous experience in luxury hotels and/or restaurants, possibly at an international level;Outstanding leadership and employee management skills;Ability to listen and strong orientation towards the development of resources;Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of another foreign language is considered a plus;Join us
