La figura ricercata Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and requests Contribute in building a diverse portfolio in Energy Transition Offer analytical, tactical, and administrative support to Senior Bankers and Credit Analysts in managing client portfolios Analyze origination ideas, contribute in opportunity development, assist in pitch book preparation, attend client meetings (including travel), and provide proactive solutions Support term sheet preparation, negotiations, deal structuring, due diligence, financial analysis, etc.
Take full responsibility for transaction execution, coordinating multi-product deal teams, internal approvals, documentation, operational aspects, signing, closing, post-closing coordination, and deal team management Contribute in portfolio management, credit reviews, internal ESG assessments, waiver requests, and information processing Support client relationship planning, prospecting, pipeline management, and credit risk data management Il candidato prescelto Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field At least 2 years of experience in corporate and/or investment banking, including client and/or product coverage, relevant corporate banking products, advisory, etc.
Strong written/oral communication skills for effective liaison with clients and internal teams Strong proficiency in English Knowledge of corporate and investment banking, with specific expertise in the Energy sector as a plus Credit skills, understanding of lending products, and familiarity with legal aspects are a plus Client relationship and relationship management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, e.g., Excel/Modelling, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
