Per una delle maggiori catene alberghiere italiane, siamo alla ricerca di un/una GROUP DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING / DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL SERVICES Riportando direttamente all'alta direzione della Società (Co-CEO), sarà responsabile della supervisione di progetti ingegneristici dall'inizio alla fine, comunicando gli obiettivi aziendali al team, calcolando costi e tempi, approvando progetti e budget.
Inoltre, dovrà delegare compiti, supervisionare la formazione e l'installazione delle attrezzature, eseguire controlli di qualità e fornire una leadership efficace per raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi prefissati.
Sarà responsabile del coordinamento di 4 aree chiave: Technical Maintenance Construction Safety Architecture Interior Design Si occuperà principalmente di: Comunicare chiaramente gli obiettivi strategici e operativi dell'azienda a tutti i professionisti del suo team, assicurandosi che tutti siano allineati e comprendano il loro ruolo nel raggiungimento di questi obiettivi.
Monitorare attentamente ogni fase del progetto, dalla pianificazione iniziale alla realizzazione finale, garantendo che tutte le attività siano svolte nei tempi e nei costi previsti, rispettando gli standard di qualità.
Effettuare stime dettagliate dei costi, dei materiali necessari, della manodopera e del tempo richiesto per ciascun progetto, utilizzando strumenti di analisi e metodologie consolidate per garantire la precisione delle previsioni.
Valutare e approvare proposte di progetto e budget, assicurandosi che siano realistici e in linea con gli obiettivi finanziari e strategici dell'azienda.
Assegnare compiti specifici ai team di ingegneria in base alle competenze e alle esperienze di ciascun membro, garantendo un'efficace distribuzione del carico di lavoro e un'ottimale utilizzo delle risorse.
Coordinare e supervisionare la formazione del personale tecnico e l'installazione delle attrezzature, assicurandosi che tutti i membri del team siano adeguatamente preparati e che le installazioni siano eseguite correttamente e in sicurezza.
Condurre regolari verifiche di qualità su tutti i sistemi e i prodotti, identificando e correggendo eventuali difetti o inefficienze per garantire che gli output soddisfino gli standard aziendali e normativi.
Guidare il team con competenza ed entusiasmo, mantenendo alta la motivazione e l'engagement, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo e collaborativo, e supportando lo sviluppo professionale dei membri del team.
Raccogliere, analizzare e interpretare dati rilevanti per il monitoraggio dei progressi del progetto, preparando report dettagliati e comprensibili per la direzione e le altre parti interessate, facilitando la presa di decisioni informate.
Garantire che tutte le attività del team siano conformi alle normative vigenti e alle politiche aziendali, mantenendo aggiornati i protocolli di sicurezza e le procedure operative.
Promuovere l'innovazione e il miglioramento continuo dei processi tecnici e operativi, identificando opportunità di ottimizzazione e implementando soluzioni innovative per aumentare l'efficienza e la qualità.
Lavorare a stretto contatto con altre funzioni aziendali per garantire che i progetti tecnici siano allineati con le esigenze commerciali e strategiche dell'azienda.
Requisiti richiesti: Laurea in Ingegneria o disciplina correlata.
Esperienza pregressa in gestione di progetti ingegneristici.
Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di leadership.
Competenza nel calcolo dei costi e nella gestione del budget.
Proattività e capacità di motivare il team per raggiungere risultati eccellenti.
