NSF is currently looking for a Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role based at their office in Bologna, Italy.
The core responsibilities for this role: Completing annual registrations for existing and new clients Scheduling and planning Managing and providing excellent service to assigned key accounts Working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure that monthly budget is reached Maintaining and updating databases Chasing and persuading existing, potential, and lost clients to partner with NSF Representing NSF at key client meetings and events Compiling quotes, travel estimates, invoices, and completing month-end accruals Working closely with key accounts, clients, and auditors to ensure that all audits are scheduled efficiently and effectively, meaning that travel and auditor fatigue are minimized.
Qualifications: Customer service & planning experience A positive, can-do attitude Team spirit Excellent communication skills (phone/mail/face to face) Effective problem-solving skills Proactive approach Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Customer needs focused Accountability and take ownership of their development Respectful planning and deadlines Autonomous Italian native level / English Fluent Notice to Agency and Search Firm Representatives: Please note that NSF is not accepting unsolicited resumes from agencies/search firms for this role.
