For the expansion of our staff, we are looking for one Retail Manager.
The Retail Manager supervises the activities of the shops and direct concessions, is responsible for shop KPIs, oversees all recruitment, hiring and training needs of the boutique, proposes and executes decisions affecting the overall performance of the shop, and orients new employees or other colleagues to the operations of the Santoni boutique.
Staff management
Delegates responsibilities to shop managers and staff.
Trains and develops staff in sales techniques, customer service, teamwork and other Santoni behaviours. Develops shop staff to assume leadership roles within the organisation.
Actively recruits new employees according to budget and manages the shops' recruitment profile.
Monitors product presentation and company standards through effective staff development.
Evaluates associate performance annually and promotes open lines of communication through coaching and motivation.
Responsible for conducting constructive feedback regarding substandard performance
Task Management
Interprets and makes decisions on operations and standards based on shop and customer needs while strictly adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
Communicates business drivers, merchandise and quality issues and other related information to management, purchasing and merchandising team, administration, and other corporate departments as necessary
Contributes to the improvement of workflow Buying, Operations, Supply Chain, Administration, Human Resources
Training
Oversees the recruitment orientation programme.
Supervises and communicates any training needs or personnel issues management to business management and HR department.
Responsible for assessing additional training needs necessary for optimal in-store performance.
