Descrizione del lavoroOBIETTIVIGuida il team nello sviluppo di un'offerta e nella commercializzazione di servizi integrati, per differenziare METRO come partner commerciale multicanale per i clienti professionali, con l'obiettivo di massimizzare la brand equity e aumentare la quota di mercato Ho.Re.Ca. E' responsabile inoltre della definizione, evoluzione e implementazione della strategia commerciale di METRO Italia, guidando gli altri punti di contatto con i clienti (Pricing, Sourcing, Sales, FP&A, Commercial Analytics, Branding & Communication) sulle priorità strategiche chiave al fine di definire un piano commerciale integrato per aumentare le vendite e rafforzare il posizionamento sul mercato.PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA'Scouting e sviluppo di nuovi servizi integrati potenziali per i clienti, dell'aggiornamento di quelli esistenti sulla base della mappatura dei concorrenti o di altri settori.Definita l'offerta di servizi, supervisionare l'analisi dei costi del back end e definire la proposta di vendita per il nostro front-end.Supervisionare le linee guida per tutti i servizi ai clienti in termini di processi interni, mix di prodotti per i clienti CTG in base alla priorità, base di costo per i servizi ai clienti e proposta di vendita per la forza vendita.Definire le ambizioni per servizio e monitorare le prestazioni delle vendite e del margine del mix di clienti/prodotti definendo potenziali azioni correttive.Supervisionare la valutazione del mercato e dei clienti, attraverso un'analisi delle tendenze future dei clienti, del loro comportamento ed esigenze, monitorando costantemente la concorrenza.Definire le Customer Strategic Priorities per la Strategia Commerciale di METRO e i principali bisogni/cliente, guidando tutte le scelte strategiche che nascono dall'analisi dei bisogni del cliente.Guidare i Customer Plan e il Commercial Plan di METRO definendo le linee guida della strategia cliente, le leve strategiche e le azioni commerciali su tutti i canali di vendita (fisico, remoto e digitale), costruire l'ambition per il Cliente e fare steering dei risultati nell'anno.È responsabile della motivazione, del coinvolgimento, e dello sviluppo dei propri collaboratori.Gestisce tutte le eventuali attività operative e/o accessorie connesse e/o collegate alle mansioni svolte.QualificheREQUISITI E COMPETENZE TECNICHE RICHIESTEIstruzione: Laurea Specialistica in discipline Economiche.Esperienza: almeno 5 anni in ruoli di manageriali affini.Business Strategy e planningProfonda conoscenza del mercato Ho.Re.Ca e B2BProject ManagementPacchetto Office – livello avanzato ( in particolare Excel - pivot, formule, etc.)Lingua inglese – livello avanzatoInformazioni aggiuntiveCOMPETENZE COMPORTAMENTALIPianificazione e organizzazioneContribuire al successo del clienteOrientamento al risultatoSviluppare le personeAdattabilitàCapacità decisionaleSummaryType: Full-timeFunction: Marketing
