Nuestro portafolio cuenta con marcas como SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca y Lemonade, cubriendo diversos mercados verticales en el sector de Living y Hospitality.
Formarás parte del equipo de desarrollo de negocio de SmartRental (+10 personas), equipo de referencia en el sector que ha firmado más de 1.000 camas anuales en los últimos años.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Análisis de mercado: Realizar una investigación del mercado español detallada para evaluar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en regiones específicas, analizando las tendencias del mercado, las preferencias de los clientes, el encaje del activo con SmartRental y el posicionamiento competitivo.Análisis y entendimiento de oportunidades tanto en el sector de Living (coliving, flex living, PBSA, senior living) como de hospitality (hoteles, hostels, serviced apartments).Desarrollo del Plan de Negocios: Colaborar con gerentes de desarrollo de negocios para crear planes de negocio sólidos para nuevas entradas y expansiones en el mercado, implicando previsión financiera, análisis de escenarios y formulación de estrategias.Análisis y viabilidad de operaciones: Ayudar en el análisis de posibles operaciones mediante la evaluación de las métricas financieras, el ROI potencial y la alineación con nuestros objetivos estratégicos, preparando estudios de viabilidad e informes de evaluación de las inversiones.Preparación de la presentación: Ayudar a preparar documentos para el comité interno de inversión y los socios externos, creando diapositivas, cuadros y gráficos que comuniquen eficazmente las oportunidades de negocio y los planes estratégicos.Documentación e informes: Ayudar en la preparación de documentos e informes periódicos sobre los resultados de la investigación de mercado y el estado de los proyectos en curso.Participación en reuniones: Asistir y participar en reuniones de estrategia, proporcionando información y actualizaciones sobre las tareas y proyectos asignados.Resultados del aprendizaje: Obtener experiencia práctica en el desarrollo de negocios nacionales dentro de la industria hotelera.
Desarrollar un profundo conocimiento de las técnicas de análisis de mercado y los procesos de planificación estratégica.
Mejorar las habilidades de comunicación y presentación a través de interacciones regulares con el personal directivo superior.
Cultivar las habilidades de gestión de proyectos y colaboración multifuncional.
