Entrando nella nostra realtà avrai la possibilità di lavorare in punti vendita con un team di circa 300 colleghi, una superfice media di 4.500 mq e un gruppo manageriale di almeno 20 colleghi.

LA TUA GIORNATA TIPOGuidare, formare e sviluppare un team di almeno 10 personeCoordinamento dei servizi o di una parte di essi (cassa, camerini, stockroom o cash office)Gestione commerciale del proprio reparto: analisi dei principali KPI e attività di riordino di grandi volumi di merceGarantire elevati standard di vendita e servizio al cliente per assicurare un'eccellente customer experience PERCHÉ UNIRTI AL NOSTRO TEAMVerrai inserito/a con un inquadramento al 2° livello del CCNL del Commercio - Distribuzione e ServiziOffriamo una RAL a partire da € 30.5K con possibilità di adeguamento in base all'esperienza maturataAvrai la possibilità di intraprendere percorsi di crescita interna sia nazionale che internazionaleGarantiamo una formazione costante che parte dall'induction e che continua durante il tuo percorso d'inserimento e crescitaGestirai team numerosi e volumi di merce unici nel RetailVivrai un contesto sfidante dove potrai sviluppare le tue competenze managerialiCi impegniamo a garantire il tuo work-life balance con una settimana lavorativa di 5 giorni IL MANAGER CHE STIAMO CERCANDODeterminato a crescere per diventare il nostro Store Manager dei futuri punti vendita in aperturaCon esperienza di almeno 1 anno nel mondo Retail/GDO, come punto di riferimento all'interno di un teamDinamico e proattivoDisponibile al trasferimento sul territorio nazionale – con la possibilità di esprimere una preferenza su almeno 3 regioni nelle quali siamo presenti.

La possibilità di lavorare in differenti città ti darà l'opportunità di conoscere contesti diversi e collaborare con diversi team. Per questo Primark supporterà economicamente i tuoi trasferimenti fin dall'assunzione, con una specifica policy d'affitto che prevede un contributo fino ad un massimo di 1.500€ lordi mensili per una durata fino a 18 mesi.
Inoltre, riceverai un rimborso per specifiche spese che sosterrai durante il tuo trasferimento.
