About the Role
The Team Manager is a dynamic and inspiring leader who will maximize store performance and overachieve targets and goals with a strong focus on team management and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and client experience, ensuring a positive and professional team environment.
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets and goals, working closely with the Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams.
- Partner with the Store Manager and Human Resources to ensure effective employee relations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance conversations and provide ongoing feedback to client advisors to ensure their development, motivation, and sense of belonging.
- Monitor the performance of assigned categories and proactively propose action plans to reach targets, collaborating with the Merchandising team to grow the business.

The Team Manager will be part of the Luxury Goods Italia S.p.A team, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to drive business results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- Strong retail background and leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance.
