Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Manager to lead our sales team and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 4+ years of sales leadership experience in the luxury retail industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
