We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Manager to lead our sales team and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
- 4+ years of sales leadership experience in the luxury retail industry
- Proven track record of success in sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
