Principali attività e responsabilità
Elaborazione di ordini e creditiOrganizzare resi e ritiri e gestire le richieste in merito ad avvisi di ricevimento e prezziGestione di e-mail e chiamate in arrivoComunicazione proattiva con i clienti interni ed esterniIndagini e risoluzione delle controversie sulle fattureRegistrare e seguire la risoluzione dei problemi e le relative comunicazioni al clienteComprovate conoscenze in almeno una o più aree/processi complessiResponsabilità di aree specifiche quali clienti chiave, ordini complessi (ad es. ordini capital, consumo dei lotti)Assegnazione efficace delle priorità alle attività all'interno di queste areePresa in carico di richieste complesse relative a queste areeIndagini e risoluzione di controversie sulle fatture e delle richieste in merito ai prezziIstruzione/qualifiche
