Epson è un leader tecnologico globale che si dedica alla co-creazione di sostenibilità e all'arricchimento delle comunità sfruttando le sue tecnologie efficienti, compatte e di precisione e le tecnologie digitali per connettere persone, cose e informazioni.
In questo contesto la figura intraprenderà un percorso di affiancamento e formazione sui prodotti Epson tramite colleghi senior e/o presso le sedi di supporto tecnico europee o giapponesi.
La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Technical Support e si occuperà dal sopralluogo per il posizionamento della macchina, al seguire tutti i processi dall'installazione e messa in opera con formazione degli operatori. Parteciperà anche agli interventi di manutenzione e riparazione dei guasti, mantenendo in prima persona i rapporti con i clienti, e gestendo la reportistica e gli ordini della ricambistica. Sarà richiesta la sua presenza sporadicamente a eventi e fiere del settore nazionali ed all'estero.
La persona ricercata riporterà direttamente al Technical Support Manager e lavorerà a stretto contatto con colleghi tecnici locali ed europei, e la casa madre, anche per uno studio e valutazione di nuove soluzioni ed interventi.
Requisiti fondamentali sono: Diploma o Laurea in ambito elettronico, informatico, meccatronico Fluente conoscenza tecnica della lingua inglese scritta e parlata Disponibilità a trasferte principalmente nel territorio nazionale, ma anche in Europa Conoscenza e utilizzo del pacchetto Office, dei sistemi operativi Windows e Mac, della suite grafica Adobe e dei software RIP di stampa. Buone capacità di analisi e formulazione idee e progetti Attitudine al lavoro in team e al problem solving Ottime doti di comunicazione ed empatia Ambizione nel seguire corsi di formazione per crescita professionale Saranno considerati dei PLUS: Esperienza e conoscenza tecnica di macchine da stampa digitali e nel mercato delle etichette Conoscenza di SAP e dei sistemi di gestione del ticketing Realtà storica consolidata Affiancamento e formazione Crescita professionale interna CCNL Commercio, inquadramento e salario commisurato all'esperienza Auto aziendale Assicurazione sanitaria per il dipendente e la famiglia Possibilità di smart working 1 giorno a settimana, post periodo di inserimento Sede di Lavoro: Cinisello Balsamo (MI) I colloqui inizieranno dall'8 gennaio 2024.
