**Scopo del ruolo**:
Il Global Account Manager (GAM) è responsabile della gestione complessiva delle relazioni con VGE per uno o più clienti globali designati da VGE. Il ruolo è incentrato sulla gestione dell'account per favorire una crescita redditizia e a lungo termine dei ricavi e la soddisfazione dei clienti. Ciò significa occuparsi di un'efficace fornitura di servizi, della protezione e/o del rinnovo del business esistente e dell'identificazione di nuove importanti opportunità di vendita.
**Principali responsabilità**:
- Assicurarsi del raggiungimento di tutti gli obiettivi finanziari, compresi i ricavi, con particolare attenzione ai prodotti e le soluzioni, la quota di mercato e il contributo al margine netto
- Stabilire relazioni appropriate con i clienti Vodafone e far leva su tali relazioni per acquisire nuovi business
- Assicurarsi che il team virtuale lavori in modo collaborativo con tutte le altre funzioni di Vodafone per guidare l'agenda di Vodafone Global Enterprise e garantirne l'allineamento
- Collaborare con le funzioni Solution Sales, Pre-Sales, Commercial e Delivery per garantire l'allineamento delle strategie internazionali e nazionali e la soddisfazione delle aspettative dei clienti
**Competenze, conoscenze ed esperienze richieste**:
- Comprovata esperienza nell'acquisizione di nuovi business, inclusa la vendita di soluzioni all'interno di grandi multinazionali o capacità di Business Development;
- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese e dell'italiano;
- Comprovata capacità di gestire gli stakeholder in un'organizzazione a matrice;
- Approccio collaborativo e di team building
**Nice to have: qualifiche tecniche e professionali**:
- Laurea in Business Administration (BBA) o Ingegneria considerato come un plus
- Esperienza di vendita nel settore ICT e su clienti del settore Energy & Utilities
- Esperienza nella gestione di grandi clienti nazionali o multinazionali attraverso molteplici funzioni e decision-makers, comprese le relazioni con i livelli dirigenziali
