Service.


Responsibilities
La risorsa, è responsabile della gestione service dei clienti strategici, con lo scopo di garantire una gestione puntuale ed efficace dell'esperienza post-vendita. Inoltre, si occupa della gestione ed esecuzione dei contratti service e della pianificazione ed esecuzione degli ordini per interventi service programmati, assicurando il rispetto delle condizioni contrattuali e/o di vendita, assicurando un elevato servizio al cliente e controllando le performance finanziarie dei contratti
Duties & Responsibilities -Sviluppa una relazione tecnico/commerciale con i clienti al fine di garantire un puntuale e preciso monitoraggio, esecuzione e mappatura di tutte le attività di Service / Post-vendita.
-Si occupa della preparazione delle offerte Service per tutti i clienti (strategici e non), in accordo con le direttive aziendali, i servizi offerti ed i costi associati. In collaborazione con l'area Sales, definisce il livello di prezzo e le modalità di proposta dell'offerta.
-Mappa e monitora le attività service dei singoli clienti organizzando riunioni periodiche di allineamento, assicurando il corretto e puntuale supporto tecnico ai colleghi dell'area Service (Service Engineers e Spare Parts) e, ove necessario, alle altre funzioni (Engineering, PM, Logistica), garantendo il giusto livello di focus al fine di mantenere un elevata soddisfazione da parte del cliente.
-In collaborazione con il dipartimento Quality si assicura del corretto e puntuale trasferimento dei claim qualità ricevuti dal cliente.
-Per tutti i clienti service si occupa del rispetto dei criteri di vendita nei contratti, gestendo la corretta pianificazione degli interventi e del procurement Spare-Parts in collaborazione con la funzione Supply Chain
-Collabora attivamente con Head of Service e con le altre funzioni aziendali nella proposta e definizione di nuovi Service Level Agreement da implementare nel portafoglio prodotti.
-Collaborazione efficace e propositiva con gli altri colleghi per la diffusione di una cultura aziendale customer oriented e per promuovere e implementare la cooperazione tra i diversi entri interni in ottica di team.
-Supporto alla Direzione nello sviluppo di eventuali progetti di natura straordinaria.


Your Profile
Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisitiEducation & Training -Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale
Experience -Esperienza pregressa di 2-3 anni nel ruolo di Service Key Account o in ruoli di Project Management con supporto tecnico al cliente
- Provenienza da settore impiantistico
- Competenze meccaniche, livello buono/avanzato.
Skills & Abilities -Concretezza, organizzazione e proattività in ambienti dinamici.
-Spiccate capacità di gestione di situazione complesse e problematiche con il cliente.
-Approccio strutturato con capacità di sintesi e identificazione priorità.
-Ottime capacità relazionali e di gestione dello stress.
-Flessibilità e adattabilità ad operare in contesti sfidanti e in forte crescita
Language / Computer skills -Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo B2 scritto e parlato)
Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza del francese o spagnolo
-Pacchetto office, SAP
Job location – Mobility -San Giovanni in Persiceto (Bo).
Disponibilità a viaggiare fino al 20% del tempo in zone CEE ed extra CEE.
