Valued Team member: We are glad you are exploring new opportunities within Zimmer BiometWhat You Can ExpectRepresent the company's products, using deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customersAchieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategiesGenerate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customersDevelop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the fieldHow You'll Create ImpactResponsibilitiesProspect and qualify new sales leadsSchedule meetings and presentations with prospectsCreate, plan, and deliver presentations on company products and solutionsTrack all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularlyCommunicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departmentsMaintain a well-developed pipeline of prospectsDevelop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customersMeet and/or exceed quotasCoordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effortYour BackgroundWhat we are searchingDegree in Engineering, Sales or Marketing or related experience in a medical, scientific field or technical careerPrevious experience in the Medical Devices Industry (ideally dealing with implants) and strong knowledge of the italian healthcare system is requiredFrom 5 years of experience in a Commercial Role in the Medical Devices SectorSolid experience working in the operating roomTravel ExpectationsEOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
