BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST Istituto Gentili è un'azienda farmaceutica italiana la cui missione è quella di fornire soluzioni terapeutiche innovative in ambito oncologico ed onco-ematologico e malattie rare.
Pharma Point, per conto di Istituto Gentili ricerca un BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST Responsabilità e Missione del Ruolo: Identificare, valutare e sviluppare prospetti in ambito farmaceutico per nuove opportunità di business.
Gestire gli aspetti quotidiani della concretizzazione di proposte di licensing, M&A, Co-development collaborando con altre aree funzionali dell'azienda.
Creare percorsi e reti di contatti finalizzati ad aumentare il mercato e il profitto dell'azienda attraverso contratti di licensing, acquisizioni e gestione dei rapporti.
Descrizione delle Attività e Processi Principali: Gestire le attività di licensing, inclusa la parte ante e post contrattualistica, sia in cessioni di licenze che in acquisizioni; Supportare la creazione e manutenzione di banche dati e garantire la corretta gestione di report per il monitoraggio dei KPI; Favorire lo scambio di informazioni e dati tra l'azienda e i suoi partner; Supportare la pianificazione, la programmazione, la facilitazione, la documentazione e la comunicazione dei risultati durante le riunioni; Collaborare con altre funzioni interne (Regulatory, Scientific, Medical, Supply, Farmacovigilanza, Legal) sia nell'individuazione di nuove opportunità sia nella gestione delle partnership; Ricercare nuove opportunità attraverso l'utilizzo del proprio network, attività di scouting e partecipazione ad eventi; Avere una buona conoscenza dei prodotti o servizi delle aziende ed essere in grado di consigliare sugli stessi per assicurare ed incrementare l'attuale Product Portfolio; Collaborare attivamente con il senior management nella definizione della strategia aziendale in merito a in/out licensing ed M&A; Scouting attivo per identificare/generare opportunità di in/out licensing ed M&A sia a livello nazionale che internazionale; Collaborare alla predisposizione del business case per la valutazione delle opportunità individuate; Negoziazione contrattuale ed esecuzione del deal, attenendosi alle direttive aziendali.
Requisiti: Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni nel ruolo, nel settore farmaceutico o biotecnologico, con competenze specifiche nella valutazione e nell'analisi delle opportunità di business; Laurea in materie scientifico-economiche; Conoscenza Avanzata di Excel; Fluente Conoscenza della Lingua Inglese; Capacità di gestire efficacemente le relazioni interpersonali e lo stress; Orientamento ai risultati; Flessibilità e Adattabilità; Abilità di Comunicazione Efficace #J-18808-Ljbffr
