Strategic Account Managers

In this role, you will be integral to a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions Identify opportunities for account growth and new business Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to customers Monitor and analyse account performance, providing regular reports to management Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Requirements:
Industry and Product Knowledge in addition to knowledge of Regulations / Compliance Oncology / Haematology / Rare Disease sales experience Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales strategy accomplishments Ability to analyse sales data / market trends / customer feedback to make informed business decisions and plans and provide accurate reporting Project Management / Business and Financial Acumen required At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
