You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability. In this role, you will be integral to a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory.
Main responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clientsUnderstand client needs and provide tailored solutionsIdentify opportunities for account growth and new businessCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfactionPrepare and deliver presentations and proposals to customersMonitor and analyse account performance, providing regular reports to managementNegotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitStay updated on industry trends and competitor activitiesRequirements: Industry and Product Knowledge in addition to knowledge of Regulations / ComplianceOncology / Haematology / Rare Disease sales experienceConsistent track record of documented top-tier sales strategy accomplishmentsAbility to analyse sales data / market trends / customer feedback to make informed business decisions and plans and provide accurate reportingProject Management / Business and Financial Acumen requiredAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
