Technical Sales Engineer La risorsa sarà inserita a riporto diretto del BU Director e si occuperà della gestione del cliente (end user o EPC contractor) e della fase d'offerta.

Nello specifico svolgerà le seguenti attività: · Gestione a 360° del cliente, dalla richiesta di offerta alla comprensione del fabbisogno, alla negoziazione;

· Analisi e valutazione delle specifiche tecniche e della documentazione preliminare;

· Attività di tendering, predisposizione delle offerte tecniche e commerciali attraverso il confronto con le varie funzioni e dipartimenti interni coinvolti;

· Stima e analisi dei costi, dialogando con fornitori e soggetti coinvolti;

· Gestione delle revisioni della documentazione d'offerta da e verso clienti e fornitori;

· Risoluzione delle esigenze del cliente ricercando soluzioni tecniche innovative;

· Gestione delle relazioni con stakeholders internazionali;

Requisiti Il/La candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

· Laurea in Ingegneria (meccanica, energetica, chimica o affini) o Diploma Perito Industriale (termotecnico, chimico o affini);

· Esperienza significativa in ruoli similari (Sales, Proposal o Application Engineer) nel settore impiantistico/manufacturing, con preferenza per il mercato Oil & Gas;

· Si valutano anche candidature con esperienza in ruoli tecnici (project engineer, project manager, …) interessate ad una carriera tecnico-commerciale;

· Attitudine tecnica e commerciale, forte orientamento alla soddisfazione del cliente e buone capacità comunicative completano il profilo;

· Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali/internazionali quando richiesto;

· Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno livello B2)
