Franchise Technical Sales Engineer

Rebound Electronics GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and revolutionizing the electronic components industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth in key customer accounts to meet revenue and margin goals.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with diverse customers.
- Collaborate with customer engineering and component teams to specify, design, and drive demand for a broad range of franchise products.
- Identify potential leads, plan and organize sales calls and customer visits, build relationships, compile quotations, and manage sales opportunities from design to order fulfillment.
- Analyze market trends and business challenges to recommend suitable product technologies and services.
- Communicate technical and commercial information effectively to customers.
- Conduct regular business reviews with Rebound Franchise and customers to track activities and progress.
Prerequisites and Skills Needed:
- A degree in Electronics or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong understanding of electronic components technology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for both internal and external communication.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English; additional Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Strategic selling approach and strong business acumen.
- An entrepreneurial mindset to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Open-minded, flexible, energetic, and a continuous learner.

- Ability to sell according to customer requirements.
