As an Operations Representative, you will handle transport orders, collaborate with carriers, and helpresolveongoingoperationalissues to ensure the smoothexecution of orders.At C.H.

In this role, you will engage with peers on-site four days a week, igniting creativity and driving impactful results.
With the flexibility for remote work one day a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.Applynow and become a key member of our teamRESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:Track and traceshipmentsCall carriers to request for platenumbersSolvedifferentproblemsthatcanoccurduring transit (wrongreference, delays, damage etc.
)Adding status in the systemHandling carrierdocumentsEnteringnewevents of the shipments and closingeventsthataresolvedHandling paymentissueproblems for the carriersQUALIFICATIONS Required:At least a B2 level of English proficiencyFluency in Romanian/French/GermanA preference for a dynamicwork environment and the ability to thrive in the face of dailychallengesDiligence and strongmotivationareessentialattributesWe areseekingindividuals with the energy and resilience to handle timepressureeffectively.
