Responsibilities: As a Customer Success Manager, you'll cultivate client relationships, guide their product journey, identify growth opportunities, act as their main contact point, and collaborate for client success. Cultivate strong client relationships. Guide clients through their journey with our products/services. Identify growth opportunities for clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and success. Requirements: If you believe you're the ideal candidate for this role, then kindly consider whether you might meet the following criteria: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales.
